Great situation if you do not want central Nantesm but very close to tram stop. We did not have it, but breakfast looked good, and worth what was being charged. Very useful eating options at the hotel around the clock.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the city center, and there is a tram stop located conveniently "next door". The rooms were cozy and practical with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the common area very much, with a bar offering local drinks and snacks. The staff was very attentive, and the atmosphere of the place was very relaxed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Really quiet stay though the hotel was full of Hellfest visitors. The breakfast was abundant. I returned after one night and stayed two more nights. Nantes has free public transportation on Saturday and Sunday. I made my GR3 etapes around Nantes using this hotel as base camp. I found an Italian pizzeria Grazziella in Nantes, no excess fromage on pizza like usually is in France
